Respond in a timely manner to any communication from our team or system.
Ensure you are the property owner or authorized representative to request landscaping services.
4. Lead Qualification and Booking Guarantee
We use an AI-driven system to qualify leads based on criteria such as project type, budget, and location. This system is designed to ensure that consultations are scheduled only with serious and relevant prospects.
Provision Landscapes, through Get Local Leads, guarantees 15+ booked consultations per month for participating clients. This guarantee is contingent upon:
Timely responses to leads (typically within 5-10 minutes).
Maintaining minimum ad spend requirements.
Providing required content (e.g., project photos, service descriptions).
Granting necessary account and platform access.
Failure to meet these conditions may void the guarantee.
5. Payment Terms
Service fees for landscaping work are discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. Any onboarding or setup fees related to lead generation systems are non-refundable once campaigns or services are initiated.
Provision Landscapes reserves the right to update pricing and service packages at any time, with prior notice to current clients.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, graphics, written materials, system-generated ads, and reports—is the property of Provision Landscapes LLC or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Provision Landscapes shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
Losses due to missed leads caused by user inaction or failure to follow up in a timely manner.
Errors or delays caused by third-party platforms or communication networks.
